I am getting a bit twitchy as it seems Easyjet has released its summer schedule from most other airports in the UK but not gatwick yet. I need to book return flights in April. Are Gatwick flights always the last and does anyone know roughly when/if they will be released soon? Thanks

I had the same problem last year with SleazyJet for travelling in early April from LGW to Innsbruck. From memory they went on sale in early December, so I'd expect something similar for this year. You can give them a call and they should have an idea of roughly when tickets will go on sale.

This is particularly frustrating as BA have cancelled the LGW GVA flights I have at the end of April and I can't yet rebook with the only other option from LGW.

Steve - Just as a point if interest, when did BA withdraw their Gatwick - Geneva route? We have used it in the past and it was always a good alternative to EJ, we missed the boat faffing around this year but now I suppose I'm glad we did. Were you offered an alternative? Loatie

loatie, With effect from 1/4/09. It's a real pain as I use it for cheeky weekends at the end of the season and summer hiking trips. They offered me LHR as an alternative, but that's a really poor alternative when you live in Brighton!

Hi, I guess I'm a bit challenged when it comes to finding things on web sites but could you explain whereabouts on the SleazyJet web site it shows the 24 Nov release date? Many thanks.

Kelskii - its under their frequently asked questions. I just keyed a search in for summer schedule and it came up.
It says Geneva 24th Nov and Gatwick 1st of Dec - so its anyones guess when exactly you can do Geneva Gatwick! - but it is obviously soon.
Steve - we got cancelled by BA too. So annoying eh..
