Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Warren Smith Cycle Challenge

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
For those who aren't aware, skiing guru and fellow snowHead Warren Smith is currently undertaking the Bliss Pyrenees Cycle Challenge with ex-England rugby internationals (and keen skiers) Lawrence Dallaglio and Damien Hopley. From reading his blog and texts it looks like it's living up to its billing and proving to be a serious physical challenge, so if you want to offer your support for an extremely worthy cause, and to make Wozza feel that he hasn't sacrificed his butt cheeks in vain go to http://www.justgiving.com/warrensmith1 If you want to read about the team's exploits then go to

I met up with the team at the top of the Col de Peyresourde on Monday afternoon, it was great to see the big boys Lawrence and Simon Hunter doing so well as they only took up the bike a few months ago. Hats off to all of them. They were lucky with their timing as we are due snow tonight/tomorrow down to 1400 and they have been riding Cols up to 2100m.

We gave them a send off from in front of our Mairie on the Tuesday morning though I think some spent just a little too long in the bar the night before - but then again why not after all they have done and still had to do.
