fluffyone, many resorts have those facilities. One thing is that people probably get very cold just sitting - so for someone elderly, pick as warm a day as possible, as well as really warm gear. Good luck!

fluffyone, I think most big ski schools in most big resorts will have a sit ski qualified instructor and the appropriate gear. Are you thinking she would be controlled by someone else. or are you thinking she could learn to do it herself? I assume she is unable to get around if you're thinking of this.
