We are thinking of trying St A in January and are looking for a large Chalet/chalet hotel accommodation which is within staggering distance of nightlife, lifts and not too expensive.
Any sH recommendations?

IncogSkiSno, January always has lots of late deals. Mark Warner have Chalethotel Rosanna in the town and they often have cheaper late deals.

Frosty the Snowman, Normally we are happy to do last minute, but I'd feel happier booking this one in advance as my daughter is coming with us so we need a single room too

IncogSkiSno, plenty of chalets about in St Anton - question is whether the singles have been booked up as you have identified - certainly wouldnt leave it if you do need a single room. If you pm I can have a great look around for you covering all chalets.
