Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

can anyone tell me the best/cheapest way of getting ftom lyon airport to moutiers?
i thought it was possible by train but couldn find anything online.thanks

david duval, probably bus. I think you'd need to get the bus into central lyon before catching a train on to Moutiers. I always have trouble searching for Moutiers (there are several around france). The bus timetables are here:

I got 97euro return from Lyon airport to Meribel Mottaret return, I couldn't see Lyon to Moutiers but from past experience all buses to the 3 valleys go via Moutiers.

We're used Altibus from Geneva to Val Thorens, booked online and I thought they were pretty good.
