Poster: A snowHead

. . .i'm lazy !
A collegue has asked could i quickly 'do his edges and wax his skis' before we go away. No problem thinks I, I'll just look the angles up on trusty spiderjons site, then he drops the bombshell - he had them 'done' at snow & rock last year.
I seem to remember that good old S&R do all edge angles to the same spec on thier machine - but i can't remember what it is - does anyone know ?
(I rang S&R today and they said - 'not sure, its just set at the usual for everyone's skis')
failing any response i may have to get the trusty black marker pen out and have a few quick light 'scrapes'

You need to Login to know who's really who.

hows about a comedy de-tune all along one edge of each ski?? (easily as funny as clandestinely adjusting someone's crutch height while on a night out!)

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

You'll need to Register first of course.

Odin, a day late, but ....
From a conversation with Spyderjon I recall him saying that most shops have their gear set up for 1 degree base andgle and 2 degree side angle as a default.
Sounds like your colleague hasn't asked for any specific angles when he had the skis done at S&R, so 1,2 is most likely.
