I think I came across this site last year and something was fishy then too.. I think it was the payment pages weren't secure or something. Still.. it smells.

Apart from the ridiculous prices, a quick search turns up the following:
1. Chinese nameservers
2. Chinese statistics tracking
3. UK whois address created by a random address generator.
I expect this is quite a problem for North Face, as popular a brand as they are
