johnboy, I think you're just trying to wind us all up. Of course you're not in the pub as that would be a stupid place to be on a powder day

It brightened up towards the end of the afternoon here in Les Arcs, for about an hour at least. Nice to be able to see the terrain properly. Hit a compression at speed when the light was flat - it was a shock to discover my knees around my ears! Think I'm going to ache from that tomorrow...
And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Leave him alone to enjoy himself, you big bullies! It's a holiday, not a "I can stay out longer on the slopes than anybody just because I need to prove I'm better than you" contest . You do exactly what you want johnboy, and have a great time!
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Well, just got last lift up roches noires at 4.40pm, waited at the top for the lift to stop and was one of the last off the mountain.
Mrs JB and I are in the Danois having a well earned pint.
Conditions still great. Had lunch in La Rascard. (again)

Excellent conditions, quiet pistes. Bit overcast today, so might spend the afternoon in the pub

pistemeister,
Overcast was an understatement. It was a really flat light and although it was possible to see across the valley, it was impossible to gauge any bumps on the piste a few feet away.
