We've booked super-cheap flights to Geneva for February 22nd, and wanted to get your ideas on what resorts are available from Geneva which offer ski-in/ski-out access.
Our group is a mix of keen skiers and boarders, but there will be some who will be doing a mixture of skiing and other activities during the day, so the resort needs to have other stuff to do during the day.
We went to Flaine last year and the skiing was awesome but it was rubbish for anything else. Went to Val Thorens the year before and it was good but the lack of trees makes it not so fun for an off-piste boarder
Any recommendations? 10 people, happy to split over 2 or more rooms, budget of up to £200 each for the accommodation.

Rydude, you might struggle a bit. It's Paris holidays - French resorts will be busy and accommodation expensive. You might find it useful to get some information about the hostels in Chamonix - I know nothing about them but a niece and boyfriend stayed in one and said it was great value. They lived on baguettes the whole week.

Les Gets must be about the closest, but as it is low snow can be a problem in a bad season. This is the Christiana, right at the bottom of the home run and was reasonably priced.

La Thuile in Aosta valley (IT) would fit very well.
logistics
-In Italy there is no holiday period as in France, so no problem with the Parisians
-It is only 30 minutes by car from Chamonix, via the Mt Blanc tunnel which is a wide and flat road
-there's even some ski-in ski-out, both the planibel (large) and quite a number of appartments, hotels and pensions
non skiing
-The village itself is picturesque and old, and is below treeline
-There's lots of crosscountry and walking in the valley, incl. a number of large waterfalls
-Courmayeur and Aosta nearby for shopping

-this is one of the most snowsure areas that exist
-lifts and artificial snow are modern
-large vertical (1200m) and a good mix of gentle and steep slopes
-slopes both in the woods (when it's snowing) and on meadows
-about 150 kms of slopes
Rydude, Morzine has one or two SI/SO places on Plenay side of the valley.
Go up to Avoriaz and it is all SI/SO.
Your non skiers can get down to Morzine or Les Gets or St Jean by telecabine and local buses for days out.

Les Carroz has a new swimming pool/spa complex and might be able to find something in your budget. I've done a bit of snowshoe walking there as well, which was fun.
Have a look on http://snowbeds.com, they might be able to help.
Morzine/Avoriaz/Les Gets can be a good option and asking on Chalets Direct is a good suggestion.
