I have put an ad in the classified section selling a pair of salamon xrace that you would need if you were doing your Basi courses. I won't be doing any more courses this year and I doth have the space for them here so have put them up for sale at a big discount off rrp and they are basically brand new!

Forgive my ignorance but why do you need a certain pair of skis for the Basi courses?

No probs, depends what level you are taking.... Basi 1 you don't.... When you go higher than that you need a piste performance type ski like these ones.

@olderscot, where can you buy them for not much more? these were bought direct from salomon 2 weeks ago with a large discount and i am only asking what i have paid for them? so would be interested to see where you saw them for not much more....? i am sure salomon would be interested too?

I found £550 delivered so looks like they are heavily discounting to say the least! Mine were ordered from my pro acct so the discount I got wasn't as great as u thought..... With this new info I will let them go for £400 which is a decent saving!

£400 sounds like a very good deal. As you say, barely used and this years skis at the start of the season. If I were after some I'd probably go for them myself.

they are amazing skis, i just prefer to ski the deeper stuff to on piste recreationally otherwise would keep them..... best piste ski i have skied by some distance
