Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Flightb booked to Zurich 1st - 9th Dec 2007, where to go ???

Ok I booked an £80 Swiss Air flight to Zurich and need to decide where to go from 1st - 9th Dec (Sat to Sunday)

I have my eye on Arosa (opens 1st Dec) and St Anton (opens 30th Nov) because I am travelling alone and I have been to them before and know my way around. Arosa is really good for snow and the web cam at resort level 1800 meters looks great, St Anton has had great snow so far and both are an easy train ride from Zurich.

Any other suggestions on the basis of simple travel arrangements, good apres, I will be boarding but not bothered about the park, maybe even a resort where snowheads are about, easy access to lifts, or yeah - resort needs to be open Very Happy

Any help out there???

Seems like you'll have to wait and see where the snow is best but you should be within range of Zermatt as well if the snow melts.

If it were me I wouldn't commit to anywhere atm, have train will travel. There is a Swiss/Zurich thread and talks of meets... I would just keep my options open, I can't see you having a problem with rooms at that time
