For live webcams of the glacier, see http://livecam.feratel.at/cam/kaprun/5234/index.jsp?content=weitereKameras&design=feratelcom&language=en. The latest reports say that everything down to the AlpinCenter is open, but with a big dump due this weekend, it could easily be that everything is open, all the way down to Langwied.
For lift stats, see http://en.kitzsteinhorn.at/ and click on the "Lifts open" section in the right-hand pane, titled Kitz Today. There's already 90cm at Langwied, so it wouldn't surprise me if they opened it up soon. Also, don't be too surprised to see the Panoramabahn and Langwiedbahn closed for now - they're long chair lifts, and they're only used when there are more people than the gondolas can cope with.
Enjoy - looks like perfect timing!

On the glacier, I'd be amazed if they didn't, but stranger things have happened. If the conditions are as good as they look like they're going to be, don't forget that you can also use the slopes at Zell am See as well on the same lift pass, with a free bus between them. If you're staying in the centre of Kaprun, it is actually quicker to go to Zell and take the Areitbahn to the top, and if you prefer your runs to be tree-lined and pretty, that's the better place if there is coverage. The glacier is snow-sure, but its also 10 degrees colder, windswept, and barren... It all very much depends on your standard and your aims for the trip.

Mattmulkeen, no it's not yet. They're planning to open some lifts on 24 November (for skiing above the mid-station), weekends only, and the rest at the beginning of December.
So just the glacier until then!

Deliaskis, there is a chance they'll open the lifts early - from http://www.schmitten.at/ :

Weekend Pre-Winter Ski Lift Service
If snow conditions permit, the Sonnenalm lifts do offer Pre-Winter Ski Lift Service (lifts are ready to go into service as of the weekend of November 1-4). On weekends in December (until regularly scheduled continuous operations get underway on December 15), as snow conditions and demand dictate, there will be weekend (SAT – SUN) ski-lift service. Earlier continuous ski operations of the Sonnenalm lifts may be decided upon at short notice.
