I've had an email from a local this morning, says it's snowing today but maybe warming up tomorrow but has heard they will open some upper mountain lifts this friday. Full opening set for 8th Dec

Someone should send emails to the SCGB and the posh press, encouraging them to write up a report on these early openings and exceptional conditions.
Having said that, it could all melt in a few days when it warms up again

Do these skiers not have jobs to go to?
I'm in schladming in a couple of weeks for a few days, hopefully there'll still be some skiing open. Quite surprised the snow has lasted, had some warm days recently.
