I've got a vewdo, don't use it as much as I could/should.
Try switching lead foot, whilst on the board.
Balance without using the arms, locking your abs, squatting on the board
Rocking out in time to music - a bit manic to Metallica, but fun:}

Try to balance in the squat position.. Hang tens etc... there's lots of stuff on youtube.
