 Poster: A snowHead

Am in the market for a new board. Had mine about 4 years and ready for something new. Also current board (palmer classic) too slow and need to try to keep up with a fellow  eldest on skis (impossible feat I can assure you).
Anyway have been recommended to look at Rome boards and in particular the Rome Blue.
Am a girlie boarder, 5 ft 8 and want something for on and off piste. Not fussed about riding in parks. Will be doing 5 weeks a season.
Any comments on the Rome or anything else I should consider?

Mouth, I bought the Rome Blue at the end of the 05/06 season and IT ROCKS !!! BF has a Rome too. I Wouldn't go back to a Burton now.
Since riding my Rome I have got so much faster (same length as previous board) and am now doing jumps (piste & park) , boarder cross & quarter pipe. Its also good in powder although we didnt have too much of it to try in, its also much more responsive than the Burton i had before.

I have a Rome Solution & I rate it, other than that I would go for a Lib Tech

I also ride a Rome board - a Solution. I really rate it, partly because of the value-for-money aspect and also because it's so much fun. I've heard good things about the Rome blue as well, so I'd say go for it.

UPDATE:
I received a brand new Rome Blue for my borthday this weekend and it was a TOTAL surprise and am so exicted. Also got brand new flows.
Roll on December and I am intending to rock with this baby!!
