Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

BASI coaching course at MK today

Today ( 6th October) BASI are running the first of the coaching conversion / refreshers in the south, at MK. Course will be conducted by Sean Langmuir. Anyone down there (or up there) or attending? This is to launch the new coaching qualifications that will be in place of AMP ad APC.

I was there. It was an information sharing day, not a conversion or refresher course.

The initial presentation was on the new coaching set up and qualifications that BASI are going to be running.

Georgio, elbrus, who was the intended audience? was it SSE tutors or people wanting to take the course. Any info you can post

It seemed to be aimed at anyone involved in performance coaching as the 'new' system is for coaches working, or wanting to work with, athletes in a performance environment.

I'm not sure that there are that many SSE tuors who fall into this bracket.
