Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Help, need Sunday to Sunday for Feb h/term 17th to 24th prefer self catering and La Rosiere

We have booked the ferry, but now need somewhere to go! Went with snowcrazy in La Rosiere last year and had a great time, but will have young baby, so apartement will be much easier.

Anyone know of Sunday to Sunday in la rosiere as all seem to do sat to sat.

La rosiere is a preference as last year, few queues, (la thuile was completely empty at lunchtime!) evolution 2 was quite good with my 6 year old daughter.

Need a 1 or 2 bedroomed reasonably near to slopes......and parking.........don't want much do we Very Happy

Or a similar resort, don't mind driving a bit, but did i say i hate lift queues.................. Shocked

carroz, Try www.mountainheaven.co.uk. Based over the valley in Montalbert. Fab apartments and great location with baby. Access to whole Paradiski for skiing.

Why not try Ski Esprit? Although catered chalet, their childcare/creche facilities and record have always sounded OK

Hi, thank you for the suggestions, we are not taking a babysitter as we share as he is so little, did it before with our daughter and it worked, hence wanting self catering. Esprit are good as we have used them before (food was not very good however, but child care was excllent.
May give david at tracks a call, (we were supposed to be there last year, but a mishap happened). Will have a look at montalbert, not sure about la plagne, but thank you for the link.
