I'd recomment having a look in the solutions room on www.chaletsdirect.com post the same thing as above and see what offers you get........We've found places for unusual dates using this method, though not for 13!!!!

wellyski, you might be better looking for hotel accommodation, as they are often more flexible.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

http://www.alpine-encounters.com/ These people have (in the past) taken "odd" bookings, it may be worth contacting them for at least some of your trips...I managed to make two similar bookings totally without the assistance of alcohol, the mid week prices are just so tempting. If you rent a car each time and are prepared to drive a bit in the mornings to the hill then you could possibly find more flexible accomodation.

wellyski,
Why not try the french websites as your dates do not coincide with French school holidays so they might be more flexible. If you decide on a resort, try the local tourist office website for French owned/run accomodation.
We often travel on weekdays to get cheaper flights but hotel accomodation is probably the way to go as 'ssnowman, ' suggests. What about something like this: http://www.christophe-leroy.com/hotelavoriaz/hotel.php ?
Not stayed there myself but it's high and piste-side.

wellyski,
Someone last year posted on snowHeads with midweek dates and got hotel accommodation in Switzerland. You can get decent price transfers with the railways. Many of the Valais resorts offer high skiing. Good Luck.
