Poster: A snowHead

AP reports that voting took place yesterday, Monday 27th, in the Alpine village of St Maurice on whether to add "d'Agaune" to the little community's name.
Apparently tourists regularly arrive there, desperately searching for the ski slopes...

I wonder how many end up at Moutier?

Not many. It's in France, and it doesn't sound like St. Moritz.
I sent a number of parcels to a printer in Perth, by DHL, with the correct postcode, and they were flown to Perth, Western Australia. I guess it would help DHL if everywhere had a different name.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

It would assist the CPS too. But errors would still occur. I recently discovered that the main reason they eventually decided not to prosecute me for non-provision of driver details was their reluctant acceptance that apparently having sent the letter to Litchfield Hants instead of Lichfield Staffs there was a slim chance I had never received it in the first place. (In this instance, it would have helped their cause considerably if the Lichfield police had actually been able to spell the name of the place they lived in).

I thought the French one was Moutiers, but I'm not part of the Bourg collective

Thanks Tony. I read that at 5.45 this morning, realised I was missing something, and it's only just clicked. There are days like that....

Alan Craggs, it is, but as the "s" is not pronounced (that's right?) they sound the same, like Maurice and Moritz do. Also, you only have to skip the "s" on an online search (say at the Geneva railway timetable look-up) and whoops, you find yourself on a train going in the opposite direction.
