Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

if anyone should venture to obertauern, and should decide to have a beer in the manklehien.. and should they find a key on the floor, i suggest they look for my cable lock on one of the wooden racks outside as it will still be there.. you can have it and as you ski back down enjoy the fact that i had to do the same trip with my front baord binding in pieces in my pocket rolling eyes

CANV CANVINGTON, When that happened to me this year the waiter popped out with his industrial bolt croppers & snipped the cable for me Smile Sad

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

provenjohn, they has wire cutters but they didnt make a dent .. plus the weather was shite and they had no real int in the bar in helping out .. i am usually double careful having a spare key about my person.. never lost one before .. plus i had never taken those bindings apart before so all a bit of a mission.. luckily it was the very last run of the holiday so no real damage done.. and it was night sking so the run down was in near perfect condition and lit up ..

CANV CANVINGTON, I used to tie my cable lock key to an old sunglasses pouch. It's big and bright, so even if it did fall into the snow it was too big to be buried and easy to spot.
This year I'll be attaching the key to a chamois like a parachute. Smile

I learnt about attaching keys to big bright objects after I dropped my motorcycle key on a dark rainy night.

CANV CANVINGTON, My tiny disk lock came with a bright yellow plastic key holder that stops the lock key scratching your headstock. Should be easy to find if I ever drop the bleeder.
