The last man to walk on the moon has recommended that future astronauts learn Nordic ski technique as an efficient method of travelling across the Moon's surface. During his visit in 1972, Harrison “Jack” Schmitt experimented with the 'Toe Push' technique used by cross-country skiers and achieved speeds of around 12kph (7.5mph) making him the 'fastest man on the Moon' as a result...
