Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

chip, welcome to snowHeads. However, if you scatter this ad any more widely on the forums, you might find Admin takes a dim view and blitzes the lot. There is a forum called Chalets & Apartments where it might sit more happily. There's also lots to read about whether 1st time commercial posters are welcome.

There is also a tradition of discounting to snowHeads and giving the site a small commission for business arising from commercial postings such as yours.

Hope you stick around and contribute to the forums - looks like you'd have lots of info to pass on. Cheers Wink

Edit - for baffled readers - - - - Chip is a 1st time poster offering an apartment for long term rent. The post was in The Piste. Not even the right place. Then a doppleganger turned up in Resorts. My post above was in response to that one but Admin's moved it over here. If anyone is interested, see the Chalets section and Tigger's thread where it's still Chips with everything altho' a basket of Chips on it's own (where a discount was offered to snowHeads) has now vanished like the other 2 Alan refers to below.

As you all can see, chip's 2 posts have been moved in accordance with Ian's comments above. For the avoidance of doubt, "chip" appears to be a commercial operator, and if they had perused the forums beforehand instead of plunging in with a "free ad" they might have noted the previous discussions on this topic. Wink

I suspect admin is quite happy to discuss - why not PM him chip?
