Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Any recommendations for a hotel/apartment/chalet in La Plagne around the 3rd march for 8 people?

Can't recommend anywhere as I've not stayed anywhere there yet, but we are booked in with La Source for 27th and nearly booked with Smitten By Snow (you'll need to google), both of whom look good enough to check out. No idea on availability.

Last year 8 of us stayed in Chalet Iona which was pretty good. Some rooms were a bit small, but otherwise OK. Operated by ski france, very good sevice.

You can find it on igluski also: http://www.igluski.com/propertyinfo.cfm?pid=15394&dep=LGW&suppliercode=872. There's a sister chalet next door (India) which I guess is pretty much the same.

theres a couple of people getting back from lp tomorrow,they might be able to help,im going out on the 27th and staying at les constellations hotel and it looks like it will do the job,will let you know.
