I am not thinking of skiing on those dates.
However, I have checked out the offers on various sites, as one does. I completed all the details necessary to get a priced offer, as opposed to the headline prices.
I am amazed at some of the prices the tour operators are still holding out for. In many instances you would be better making your own arrangements.
Many of the websites leave a lot to be desired. Crystal and Thomson are slow and require you to go back to square one for each quote. Inghams require you to remember a booking number for each quote etc.

nbt, if they've got any gumption they won't have booked yet, the game is afoot, and this is when it starts to get interesting. I'm waiting for the week after, so it'll be interesting to see what we end up with.

Kramer, I obviously have no gumption as I've already booked for next weekend! Mind you we really did have a specific resort (Tignes) in mind so the offer was good enough for us

nbt, well, that is the real secret. Book at a price that you're happy with, and enjoy the discount. Only look again if you want to do the same thing at the same time next year.

Ive just booked with Thompson and saved myself over £700 on the brochure price for the 20th Jan.
£448 for two people half board for 7 days. Not bad indeed me thinks.
