The best price I have found is 60 Euros is that about the going rate or are we being robbed?

Feck me, whats that in? A shopping trolley?
Im paying 308 euros for a cab to Flaine for 4 (return).
It should be about the same sort of figure.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

They seem to do Geneva-Morzine.

They do I used them last year without any problems. We paid £288 but that was for 8 of us return - £36 each.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

You should be able to get something around £40 pp return. Try Neil on 0033685162321 - Around The Alps - does transfers to the Morzine area.

bedfordblue, There are a number of operators you can use.
www.powdercab.com
www.alp-line.com
www.a-t-s.net
www.aet-taxi.com
www.alpinecab.com
We have used these in the past with mixed results. We have given the new one (powdercab) to a number of people that are going to Avoriaz this year. We got their name from this site so I hope that all will go well.
Give them all a call. It should be €70 return on average. This price was to the Prodains lift outside Morzine to Avoriaz.
Have fun.

I will say there is some difference in the prices we managed to get 5 people to and from Morzine for 300 Euros but have had quotes for more than double that price.
Thanks for all your help.

bedfordblue, Let us name and shame them. We are here to help each other. What were the quotes you got?
This is the point of such websites. It will be interesting. If the companies that wish to rip us off are known that we, the punters are aware and they are aware that their sharp practice has been noted.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

A lot of the expensive ones are more up market with limo style vans and DVD etc,
I was impressed with;
Alpybus
Transfer intelligence
and Neil from Around the Alps (see above)
We are using the company that our chalet uses and I could not better their price although all these could match it.
I mailed all the companies on www.morznet.com
So you can probably work out the companies that were too dear without me naming names.

I used powdercab.com last time and they were excellent and very good value. Am going away this Christmas and didn't even bother searching around. Also their prices seem to be the same as last year!
Result.
