veeeight, I am soooooooooooo fortunate! I can hardly wait to get these done.
The shop I have been dealing with kinda messed up my binding mount on my ski so they are being exceptionally accomodating and have offered to thermofit my liners for me, but since they are not a Dalbello dealer, I am questioning if they have the right equipment.
Oh, dear me! I think I've over explained.

SnowHot, last I knew, those just required the normal heat blowers to heat the liners. However, they may require some special skills... I'm sure you've checked with Phil, tho... He'd be a solid expert for this, I think...?

SnowHot, You need to find a shop with a thermo oven for best results. We've been doing it this way for last year and prefer this to the machines supplied by Dalbello. The moulding should be done with the footbed stuck to your feet with all the relevant padding, covered by a sock and off you go, 15mins of vice like presure.

SMALLZOOKEEPER, For best results, I should buy an airline ticket to France and make an appointment with you?

Floppy the Snotman, Ray Zorro, Brick Wheels is a Bike shop and ski shop.
The last name of the people who own it is Brick, and they originally started out just a bike shop so Brick Wheels.

Back to the original topic.
I did some checking. Dalbello has some information on not using an oven with the newest version of their thermofit. I don't understand why, and you being a pro are likely to know what works, and are extremely knowledgable.
What would be the difference between the new/old liners to use the oven or not?
BTW SkiBod, Frosty would be fortunate to ski like a girl. I know a lot of girls who ROCK!

SnowHot, Intuition liners have a denser more sensitive foam than the original 'Thermoflex' liner. If they are over heated they will shrink quickly and harden.
Stewart has the boys version of your boots, looks like we have a fan base building. Dalbello Devils.

Vice like pleasure, not pressure - my toes were freezing cold after 3 hours of poking and proding and sucking (sorry, vacuuming).
Then my nice warm liners got the blood flowing again...

Floppy the Snotman, I nearly did - it was a close call between the Dalbello and another pair of Tecnicas - which were orange and white...

SMALLZOOKEEPER, what temperature is required to thermofit the intuitions. Right now I'm having a hard time finding someone who has the dalbello line near me, so I'd like to ask the guy with the technica equipment, but need to be prepared with some solid information.

Wear The Fox Hat, mine won't match my luvs, in fact they won't match anything I own, except "the ski"

SnowHot, The Oven runs at 120 degrees, so you could use a convection oven at home. The Tecnica machine requires the plugs, so will not work.
