When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Livigno - Booking Lessons

Hello,

Off to Livigno for New Year, and am looking at booking some lessons.

We've been before, and had a couple of hours of private lessons with Inverno/Estate & they were really good, but this time they wont let us book in advance for anything less than 6 days.

Am worried that we wont be able to get lessons at such short notice when we get there, especially because we're off with some friends who were wanting lessons on the first morning.

Anyone used any other schools in Livigno, or got any experience of turning up & booking when you get there?

AndyC, last time there I skiied with them and didn't book in advance. (Not new year, February)

They seemed to do lessons just after lunch for 'group' and mornings for private lessons.

Business must be very good if they can turn down bookings for private lessons. Shocked
