I don't want to go over the top - I expect to be skiing on DIN 7 - but I deffo want them to work.
Any other binding suggestions for Missions?

Well, there are a variety of reasons, but here's a big one...
If you come out of your ski in powder, you can pull the binding back onto your boot, without having to push the boot (and hence the ski) deeper into the powder.

Alternatively you can do the 45 deg step in shown in this month's fall-line. But I ski axials anyway becuse I like them

Yup, but if the snow is Utah deep & soft - even 45 degrees isn't enough for the ski to hold.
