Looking to drive out to France for a week on March 31st. What resort will offer fairly cheap passes but still have pretty good snow on this date.

Valloire/Valmeinier will have good snow and their pass is about £100 and they 150km of runs...

garethjomo, we went to La Rosiere last season in the last week of April, there was plenty of snow, lift pass for 6 days Espace San Bernardo (France and Italy) with over 150kms of pistes was 155.00 Euros, I believe it's the same price this year.

garethjomo, across the border in French speaking Switzerland, Val d'Anniviers has 220km for CHF 225 (~£95). The vast majority of the skiing is above 2000m but is not all lift linked so having a car is ideal.
