Stayed there last year, January. Pretty basic accommodation but our room on third floor was warm, plenty hot water and adequate storage, can't ask for much more really. Food was good, location good, staff were good, boot room a tad small but manageable.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

We were there December just gone... No TV, kettle or anything in the rooms. Rooms are basic, dont expect luxury, just a bed, couple of tables and wardrobe. The food and wine was good, and everyone really friendly. We had hot water all the time, beds comfy and nice view over the piste. I'd go again on a cheap deal.

As already mentioned, no kettle, but I did discover the hot water machine, in the dining room, was never switched off therefore tea/coffee was available 24 hours, a big plus for insomniacs like me!
