Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Which club med?

If you were going to make a snap decision to book a club med holiday tonight (sale ends at midnight!) for the week of 28th March, which would you pick? Me (reasonable skier), non skiing husband, 2 kids (6 and 9). Want decent snow (as far as can hope), easy ski in out for the kids, nice place to hang out for husband who will read books and maybe go for some walks. Previously been to club med samoens and were super lucky with April snow and loved the short transfer but probably wouldn’t risk it again! Thanks .

@lottie, maybe La Rosiere? We loved Samoens (my husband was a non-skier too, and was very happy with the set up there) and we WERE booked at Serre Chevalier for the following year, snookered by Covid, but that might also be a good option, but La Ros probably better for the children, slopes and access.

St Moritz - cracking snow record and practically empty.

Second this one, might not be many walks directly from the hotel. But they do offer guided snow shoeing walks there. Also as mentioned the option to go down to down BSM. It is a really nice hotel to hang out in, especially on the patio in the sunshine with a few drinks and a book with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys including Mt Blanc. Main downside of Les Arc Panorama is that is a little outside of 1600 and there isn't much around it. From that angle maybe Val d'Isere woudl give him a little more to explore in the direct vicinity.

If you missed the sale they'll typically have a few more. Around Black Friday and Boxing Day sales. The best time to book with Club Med is usually the week the open bookings for the next season (typically January)
