We are going to Niseko in March 3rd to 9th.
Any recommendations on accommodation? Been looking at online internet searches but it seems very expensive.
What would the cost of a All mountain pass be?
What would the cost of a couple of days instruction for my wife be?

Flights are already booked.
I work in Vietnam now so thought this would be a great opportunity to ski Japan.

Buy day by day pass and may be time to go Rusutsu.

Look at Annupuri on the map away from the nightlife but good pensions and nice Japanese inn.

Just allocating blocks of money for my trip this year and looking at lift passes. I'm in Niseko for 8 days and I'm thinking of a day (or two) at Weiss, one day to try Moiwa, maybe a day at Rusustu depending on conditions leaving me maybe 5 days in resort. Does anyone know if the 4 and 5 day passes are on a "5 out of 8 day" basis or consecutive days?

If it's a windy day and lifts on hold, just get Hirafu day pass.

Thanks for all the replies, we are booked into Nest at the Trees, which is a short distance between two resorts, Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village. Transport to both resorts provided daily. We are really looking forward to it. ⛷
