Poster: A snowHead
|
Hello,
Can anyone recommend a chalet rental agency that has properties in the French Alps, especially in the southern region? We've used previously used Ovo, very successfully, but most of their properties are further north. Googling hasn't yielded anything yet, so I'd be grateful for any tips.
Thanks so much

@PlutoD Yes, the question is really too broad to get a comprehensive reply, other than for random people to suggest agencies in the resorts they go to, or where they have a property. As suggested, I'd draw up a shortlist of resorts that you like or are interested in and then go to the resort website and follow the links from there. If you can do weekday-to-weekday rentals, don't let the websites put you off if they only show sat-sat bookings. Often a direct request may yield places that accept these. Also, the Tourist Office websites can sometimes be a good source of places to rent from people who don't want to pay an agency a fat fee to be an intermediary, and prefer to deal direct.
