Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Complaint about Snozone lessons

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Has anyone had any experience of lessons at Snozone

Family members had pretty poor experience on all day course on Saturday including the carpet being unusable, the drag breaking several times, the slopes being mobbed - one of them just gave up, completely demoralised
the other then had a private lesson tonight and was unhappy with that - they were restricted to the nursery slope (snowboard lessons seemed to be on main slope, all the ski lessons on the nursery) and they got graded lower than they did on Saturday

Is there any point in complaining?

Complain anyway - nothing will be done if they don't know about it. Chill Factore has the same problem with cramming people into lessons, even the early morning children's lessons are super busy and my level 1 6 year old son was dodging kids from higher groups who were basically power ploughing down the beginner slope.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@skimummk, if they don't complain they are letting them get away with it

my daughter will take her bf again before we go and the person who dropped out is going to get 2 private lessons on a dry slope next week - hopefully she will then at least get her confidence back cos at the moment she is feeling completely incompetent and dreading the holiday we’ve got booked

Sorry to hear that Sad .

Last year I complained (politely of course...) to the manager at Xscape, Castleford, that a friend and I were very disappointed with the sticky snow conditions on the slope when we were making a 170 mile round trip. He was very apologetic and gave us a free 2 hour liftpass for a return visit.
