Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Just booked a family Easter ski trip without thinking about transfers as thought flaine being close to Geneva wouldn’t be too expensive, but it seems really poor value

Got late Sunday 24/03 to Sunday 31/03 Manchester Both Jet2

Happy to share otherwise will be stumping up more for the transfer than the flights

That's often the case when you have cheap flights! If it's late on a Sunday that probably adds to the price.

For a family, might be better to rent a car. Simple enough drive.

If you say which firm, and what you've been quoted, you might well get some suggested alternatives, if the usual airport bus service is not operating at the right times for you.

You can't compare the value of the transfer against the cost of the flight.

I’ve always considered transfer costs GVA to Grand Massif as stupidly expensive, considering it’s so close.
I’ve either driven from UK or hired a car the couple of times we’ve flown there.
