Is Dope Snow gear any good? I'm particularly interested in their ski jackets.

Just back from trip with our and friends GenZ’s. Every single one in it and say best ever. Like they do!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I have Montec sallopettes and jacket, the more ski orientated side of the company. Great kit, really impressed and the delivery / customer service is first rate. Order some, see if you like it, if not return. Refunds were processed immediately in my experience as I got difference sizes and colours to choose from.
They are quite distinctive and the range is limited so don't be surprised if you see other outfits, perhaps not in your colour on the slopes!

I’d also look at Planks … similar ethos to Dope.

I love Planks gear, but nothing suitable in their range this year. (Of course, some people might consider that Dope isn't suitable for a women in her 40s )

Dope and Montec are sister brands from parent company Ridestore.
Dope aimed at possibly younger market, that said Montec is pretty young as well, but I have some gear and really like it, good quality stuff all round.

Ha! @sugarmoma666, I'm 41!
I've got a Dope jacket and salopettes, and Mr. O has a jacket, salopettes, and gloves. We really like them. They're warm and comfortable. He and I have the same jacket but in different colours - green for me, yellow for him. We went for the hoody style one. We've used them for one days skiing in Norway, so far and they held up well in the minus temperatures. We did see loads of people in various Dope outfits there.

I received a Montec jacket this xmas. Love it. Both of my kids are in Dope jackets (understated colours). For the price, they can't be beat.

I'm 51 (I board) and have a Dope jacket and the Notorious BIB (yep, that's right) pants. They are absolutely ace. Great quality, feel and look and much cheaper than Burton. The customer service is exceptional (particularly, when you have to return something). Both our teenage lads are also kitted out in their Blizzard range.

Little miss has a Dope Blizzard over-the-head jacket and loves it. Coped happily with -20 temps in Banff last season.

Very interesting article, thanks for sharing. I'm now off to check my Dope Akin jacket for any early signs of wrinkling ...

I have Dope salopettes. I really like everyhing about them apart from the fly (zip) which seems to constantly pull apart
