Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Wenns good (sic)

Have bagged myself a very affordable apartment in Wenns, Tyrol for few days at Feb half term. Search was originally centred on Pistal Glacier but have spotted that a within an hour, give or take, are some stellar resorts. Having a new-found ‘Canadian’ approach to driving distances, I wonder what snowHead recommend:
1. Stick with original plan of Hochzeiger and Pistal Glacier.
2. Serfaus-Ladis-Fiss
3. Sölden
3a. Push it further to Obergurgl (bucket list destination).
4. Anything decent closer I am missing?

Being Feb half term not that worried about snow at these resorts but am concerned by queues and crowded pistes!

Thanks in advance for any input.
And, HNY.

In the Paznaun Vallry the smaller resorts are See/Kappl (on one lift pass from this season), Galtur. In my experience they are all snow sure, and usually quieter than the larger ski areas.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

*obviously, I meant the Pitztal Glacier - worth a visit?

I had to look that up, but you are also fairly close to Hochoetz, Kühtai, Kaunertal Glacier, Zams and even the Arlberg. I haven’t skied at most of the resorts listed in this thread though, so can’t recommend any specifically. Given the choice you have available, if you’re buying day passes I’d probably choose each day depending on weather/conditions.
