When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Recommendations for one-on-one ski lessons in Zermatt?

Hey so I'm an American skiier who will be coming to Zermatt for the first time in Februrary. I used to ski a lot as a kid and a teenager, but I never quite got my form right. After 9 years away, I started skiing again this season. I took an intermediate group lesson at Beaver Creek, in Colorado, and... I didn't get much out of it, and I didn't get the attention that I needed. I'd like to book a private ski lesson, but because of the Vail monoplogy, it is super super expensive in America.

Looking for recommendations for private ski instructors, for one-on-one lessons in Zermatt! Hoping to solidify my form and get more comfortable on steep terrain.

EDIT: One other thing... I'm looking for an english-speaker whose accent isn't too strong... I have trouble hearing/understanding people with the noise of a mountain. If my instructor also had a thick accent as well... I think I would have an even harder time.
