Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Anyone know the exact pick-up point at DEZ Innsbruck for a Four Seasons transfer to Munich airport please ?

You sure it's at DEZ? That's an out-of-town shopping centre which isn't really convenient for anything (you'd need a bus or taxi to get there).

Whenever I've used Four Seasons it's been home pick-up/drop-off.

The only Four seasons transfer that was a reasonable price (€74) arrived leaving me with only an hour for airport security etc. (and that was assuming traffic is ok).

I could have got four seasons private pick up at an exact time to suit but for a solo passenger would have been €300 plus…so that was unreasonable.

So, in the end I decided to go the night before. I booked a train (2 changes) for €24. Then a Napcab for 5.5 hours at Munich airport so I can get some sleep. That was €54.

So less than €80 including a sleep pod with WiFi.

@jonnyboy1, That sounds a bit odd.
Normally Four Seasons ask for your flight number and departure time, as well as pick up address, then they assign you a seat on a transfer that would match that flight. In high season they assign transfers taking busy roads and traffic delays into account.
Anyway, it's good that you've found a reasonably priced solution.

they did ask for the flight info. However the scheduled transfer only left 1 hour for all the airport shenanigans- I didn’t feel comfortable with that and with the unknown traffic factor I didn’t want the risk.
