Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Poster: A snowHead
Hi all,

Newbie here. Would be grateful if anyone could provide recommendations for a ski resort meeting the following criteria.

Where: France or Italy
When: March 2024, 4 or 5 nights
Skiing ability: mainly blue and red runs, in that order.
Facilities: creche/nursery for our 2 and 1 year old
Features: ski in and ski out, reliable snow
Budget: flexible

Many thanks and looking forward to your responses! Smile

Snowbiz at PSV. They are a British holiday agency company specialising in child care. Taught me to ski 30+ years ago and took my 2 year old there on our first solo family ski holiday last year (without parental daycare support). Ski in ski out snow sure resort. Accommodation is self catering no frills but you are really paying for the first class childcare and piece of mind! We did mornings childcare then got the snowshoes/sledge/todler skis out in the afternoon. It's not a huge area so you end up going past the nursary a fair bit and you see them out in the snow having a great time.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Snowbizz presumably do the usual week-long packages though I daresay they wouldn't mind if you, say, arrived on a Monday and left on a Friday. If you wanted to span a weekend they might expect you to pay for the two weeks they couldn't sell to anyone else.

Yeah believe so, last year they did Sunday to Sunday, so if you wanted weekend in the middle would be two weeks. Or Monday to Friday would be one week.

An example of how unusual they were compared to my normal experience, I arrived just before the hello meeting, the team all then came out to unload our ridiculously full car with us! In over 50 weeks skiing never had that happen before!
