Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Marker MX12 broken

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I have a Marker MX12 on a K2 Ikonic Ti 85.
I was doing the service after our last skiing. The ski was fine when I last looked at it, packing it away in the resort. I had picked up lots of rocks on itinerary runs, so expected some maintenance. Yesterday I got the skis out and noticed that slider release for the toe part of the binding was flapping up and down with ski movement. Normally it sits flush with the binding and is springloaded.
When I moved the release flap there wa no spring loading and I could also not move the toe binding forward. Looking at the other ski something is "gone" in the toe binding.
I took pictures of the binding with the flap up and also the other one off.

Does anyone know if this is fixable and also how I can actually get to the release under the binding?

Just an update and some praise for Marker.

After not having much success in forums, I wrote to Marker and after requesting a purchase receipt and some more pictures they sent out TWO Marker TCX 12 toe parts.

I had to drill into my MCX 12 to actually be able to fit a screwdriver in to release the "quick release" mechanism.
I used the release flap of the replacement toe part to go into my old MCX and after filling the drill hole with super glue it works again.
