Having bought a pair of boots based on fit. Now need to sort out compatible bindings.
I was REALLY hoping to keep my kneebindings for at least a few more years before replacing but they aren't compatible with the boots. Neither are the Look Xpress 11 bindings which came mounted on my skis. My skis were bought after ski test as ex-demos which, when I collected them from the most amazing spyderjon, I also paid him to switch over the bindings. He is getting in touch with manufacturer to check to see if we can get a compatible AFD.
However want to consider my options.
The Tyrolia Protector bindings also offer similar extra protection on the knees and will mount to the Tyrolia Power rail.
I already have two sets of holes in skis so concerned about ability to even fix these. I don't suppose anybody has switched and knows if the screw positions align?
I guess other options are could I get new Look bindings - will they mount into the plugged holes?
Although I could take boots back and wait for more stock in in September, the fit is better than I have ever got befofe and given GW seems to now be "the standard" it will only delay the inevitable. I have just tested switching the liner into my old boots and that is definitely an improvement on those,(suffering mainly with being worn down from the almotlst 10yrs very good use). There is a bit of a pressure point which dont get from my lovely new ones, I have been living with that for a decade

Jon is going to be the answer here. While he turns up, I would point out that he fixed a warden demo on some swiss cheese skis for me. The bindings are offset so that the screws for the plate on which they are mounted are not in the "right" place on the ski. But I can use the adjustment to get the toe and heel pieces to the correct place. Something similar may be possible with the tyrolias. They look similar.

+1 for buying alpine soles for your new boots. Likely to be the cheapest/fastest/easiest solution.

Kneebinding shipped a pair of GW AFD's today which are cheaper than a pair of replacement soles.

I said likely. I was basing this on being able to continue using the existing Knee bindings, rather than having to buy new bindings altogether at considerable cost.
Whilst it’s great that some GW AFD’s have been sourced for this one particular case, that will not help everyone. In most cases, alpine soles are the simplest solution for folk to use new boots in older bindings.

Update for any that care my new AFD parts arrived today thanks to the amazing @spyderjon
Price wise it was actually much of a muchness between the also very helpful @CEM, offer of compatible alpine soles. Properly being able to use the GW boots was definitely the preference. However took a huge weight of my mind that I had that fall back if the manufacturer hadn't responded so helpfully to Jon's enquiry.
Have to say snowheads is brilliant place
