I am a bit of a beginner when it comes to equipment beyond the basics. I tried screwing back and forth, but the heel still is loose on both skis. Is there anything I can do, or should I send it to service?
Those bindings are similar to Atomic ones I had, bought in around 2003ish. They are well out of indemnity and Spyderjon of this parish, advised me not to use them as they can break without warning. There was also a recall on the heel pieces of some models, which were replaced under warranty.
My advice is not to risk using them.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

yup they are from 2000-2004 do your knees and your holiday a favour and put them in a skip, in fact put them in bits in a skip so nobody picks them out and tries to use them,

Thanks for the info!
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Alright, thanks for the info! Do you think I can replace the bindings with different one's that could fit my skis?

My Bindings were on a Plate, that was pre-drilled for it - so the answer I think is No.
Then you can post your own questions or snow reports...

I had a pair back in the day. The spring in the heel piece broke during the second season. The local Atomic agent was less than helpful. From then on, I swore I would never buy another system ski/binding, versus a flat ski and my choice of binding.
As @Old Fartbag said, I was told that it was not possible to mount another binding on the Atomic plate. Never tested the truth of that statement for cut my losses I got rid of the whole setup.
