Over the last week I have had the pleasure of dealing with Snowfinders.co.uk. They got in contact with me after I had asked some questions over in the Resort review section of the forum, because what I was asking for was quite specific. I spoke with one of their agents on Tuesday called Anne, and from the very first phone call I was met with knowledge, and someone who was passionate about skiing. Over the course of the next 5 days, various emails were sent which were always replied with very promptly, and offering many different options to fit my criteria. Anything that I asked was answered very honestly, and if something didn't quite work out for us or if I wasn't happy with something, Anne would do her very best to come up with an alternative choice. In the end we had narrowed it down to 2 chalets which were absolutely stunning. Due to circumstances at my end (don't ask, I am fuming) we cant actually go on the holiday we had proposed to go on, but I really did feel the need to share my experience with Snowfinders.
If anyone is planning a ski trip then I would certainly give this company a call. They were beating any quote I could get from anywhere else and their staff are a joy to work with. They really did seem to be a class above the rest.
10/10, A* - simply a brilliant company that I will be using again

Ricklovesthepowder, I have to agree. I used them to book a holiday for the end of March. We had one person flying from London and 3 from Manchester and they did all the research to come up with a great deal. Excellent service really makes a difference.

Can I just bring this thread back to the fore to see whether anyone knows whether Anne has now moved on from Snowfinders? I owe her a booking but, upon getting in touch via email, I've had a "message undeliverable" to her address.
So, anyone know of @Montana's whereabouts please?
