I've not looked after myself particularly well in the last couple of years and none of my Arcteryx outwear fits. Trying to find gear for my size is proving difficult. I need a 48-50 inch jacket and 42-44 salopettes/trousers. The only stuff I can find is Trespass and Mountain Warehouse. I've always bought premium gear as I do believe it is worth it and it has lasted me.
Any suggests as to where to look for bigger sizes?

@Gaza, You don't really need branded stuff.
Flannel shirts come in all sizes and readily available.

Mmm, but low rent. Might as well step out in style and get a Flannel by Chanel.

@Gaza, I would thought that the Arc' XL sizes would work for you.

I would say I am a similar size to you (if not maybe a little larger) and I have got a Helly Hansen Jacket 2xl which fits well and a Columbia ski trousers which are good fit too

@Gaza,
I'm the same size round the chest and Arcteryx XXL fits me OK.

Nothing wrong with Trespass stuff, especially if you buy their "premium" range. You say you intend to get back in shape so a set of Trespass stuff to get you through this year is probably the best answer, and will become a spare for the future. Why buy premium stuff that will by default be the wrong size for you in the future?

It's around the waist where I have the issue with my XL. I'll have look around if there are any XXL available.
