Correct - when we did it you get an email by return that you can use as evidence and then sticker comes a couple of weeks later

You only have to have sticker if entering specified areas
And assuming signage allows your sticker colour group to enter!

Couple ? about 1/2 pint in London. Just got mine, and thanks for the links, there's some dodgy sites trying to take €50 off people.

I have just returned from Tignes and stayed overnight on the outskirts of Reims on the way back at an IBIS budget hotel.
I bought one of these stickers before leaving. The email I received said that the email itself would be evidence if the sticker had not arrived in time. In fact the sticker did arrive in about a week.
Google maps alerted me to the fact that I would be entering an environmentally controlled area. I was not challenged and probably that would be unlikely, however I was glad that I made the purchase.
