Do journalists not have access to Google maps or similar?! I have a climbing mag here, which defines two distinct areas of North Wales and Snowdonia – they could probably get away with that, had they not mixed up which crags were inside or outside the National Park – but on the little map graphic, while North Wales is correctly located, Snowdonia has apparently migrated just north of the Lake District!

There is a concept, coined by Michael Crichton, called the Gell-Mann amnesia effect. He pointed out that we notice the errors in subjects that we know, but then forget this and happily read stuff written by journalists on other subjects.

Stupid original post. There are a lot of reasons to not fly Qantas, but mistakes in a brochure published by a 3rd party travel company is not one of them. Qantas, nor any of the other airlines listed in the brochure, have any legal relationship with Skimax beyond acting as a carrier.
