Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

......Addnature.co.uk or one of it's european counterparts?

It seems to be a large website front for a store in Sweden, with other connected European webstores. It seems to have good 'e-trusted shops' rating, reading the comments section it seems 80% good rating, 20% terrible, but I think people are more likely to post on these sites about poor service than good. Prices seem pretty good on what I'm looking at, but not unbelievable.

I really don't know too much about checking up on these things. Anyone got any experience or comments?

They seem to be genuine. If you click on the trusted shops logo and follow through 'ratings Score' and 'see all reviews' you get taken to the trusted shops details and reviews for the site. There's nothing there that shows anything suspicious.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@olderscot, thanks, I was just on that site - I edited my post and when the page refreshed your post was up. (oddly my browser wouldn't accept the trusted shops link, I had to google, which made me a bit suspicious)

@rogg, I've used the company here in Sweden (can't remember what for, it was a few years ago now). No issue, straightforward transaction so i can't comment on customer services, returns etc.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I bought some ski gloves off them in Nov 2020 via the .co.uk website. All paperwork and company address is in Germany. No issues, shipped within 48 hrs despite forecasted Covid delays on the website at the time.

I bought from them in 2018, and it was a normal transaction. Even with shipping they had the best prices on the X-Bionic and Arcteryx stuff I wanted.
