Just received my invoice for half-term trip to France. Turns out they turned €181 into £216. Looks like they used the exchange rate the wrong way around. The exchange rate on the invoice is 1.19 but the calculation is the wrong way. Has anyone else had the same problem? I’ve emailed them so will post the reply when I get it.

I just got mine for the same period. €180 equates to £214. I wonder the same as you, have they (Emovis) got the calc the wrong way round?

Just checked my Jan statement and it shows the rate correctly at 0.83.
The 1.19 used for Feb is clearly an admin error.

Same here - they charge a 2% foreign exchange charge, but that is a seperate line item. I have also emailed them today - helpline at Emovis in the UK only opens at 10am - presume they will have lots of calls.

We have our tag with ATMB and had the same issue a few years back, as well as being charged over 400€ for an Avignon-Calais journey when they classed our car as a truck.
All sorted out v quickly but slightly alarming at the time!
