The moment the wear touches the screw heads they should be changed. You'll not get a reliable binding release with wear like that.

I have Alpina boots. Bit worried I'll not be able to find replacement heels/toes for mine. I do have the idea to 3d print replacements but not sure if that's sensible or not.
